Irina Makoveeva was born in 1954. Graduated from the Moscow State Pedagogical University in 1976. She has been a member of the artist Union since 1980. Her works are exhibited at different museums in Russia and in other countries. Her works are in the graphic collection of the Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts museum in Moscow, the Timirasev Biological museum, the Museum of Fine Arts in Malta, and in the Konik Museum in Germany.
